How do I book a rental?

Just call or text us at (448) 235-6000 and we'll get you set up. We keep it simple — no complicated online forms. Tell us what you want, when you need it, and where to deliver it.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance, especially during peak season (spring break, summer, and holidays). Same-day bookings are sometimes available — just give us a call and we'll do our best.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your rental start time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable. We understand plans change — just reach out as soon as possible.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount varies by vehicle type. Golf carts require a $100 deposit; e-bikes and e-scooters require a $50 deposit. Deposits are returned in full at the end of your rental provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition.

What is the minimum age to rent a golf cart?

Renters must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license to rent a golf cart. All drivers must present a valid license at the time of delivery.

What is the minimum age to rent an e-bike or e-scooter?

Riders must be at least 16 years old to rent an e-bike or e-scooter. Riders under 18 must have a parent or guardian present at the time of delivery.

Do I need a special license to ride?

Golf cart renters must have a valid driver's license. E-bikes and e-scooters do not require a special license in Panama City Beach. All riders are expected to follow local traffic laws and ride responsibly.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Panama City Beach, FL. This includes hotels, condos, vacation rentals, and private residences along the beach corridor. Contact us to confirm delivery to your specific location.

Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery fees vary based on your location. We'll give you a clear quote when you book. Delivery is available 7 days a week during operating hours.

Do I need to return the vehicle somewhere?

Returning the vehicle is preferred, however, if the vehicle was delivered a pickup can be arranged.

Are helmets provided?

Yes, helmets are included with every e-bike and e-scooter rental. We strongly encourage all riders to wear them. Golf carts do not require helmets but all passengers must remain seated while the cart is in motion.

Where can I ride?

Golf carts are street legal on local roads with speed limits of 35 mph or less. E-bikes and e-scooters are permitted on bike paths, sidewalks (where allowed), and low-speed roads. Riding on the beach sand is not permitted. Always follow local traffic laws.

How many people can ride in a golf cart?

Our golf carts seat up to 6 passengers. All passengers must be seated with the vehicle in motion — no riding on the back or hanging off the sides.

What happens if the vehicle is damaged?

Renters are responsible for any damage that occurs during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear. Damage costs will be deducted from the security deposit. Significant damage may result in additional charges. Please inspect the vehicle at delivery and report any pre-existing damage immediately.

Can I extend my rental?

Absolutely! Just give us a call or text before your rental period ends and we'll do our best to accommodate an extension based on availability. Additional charges will apply at the standard hourly or daily rate.

What if there is bad weather?

We recommend avoiding riding during heavy rain or thunderstorms for safety. If severe weather affects your rental, contact us and we'll work with you on a reschedule or credit. We monitor local weather and may reach out proactively if conditions look rough.
